Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that North Georgia Solitaries, LLC d/b/a Atlanta Witch’s Ball is not liable for any damage or injury occurring at or related to the event. Purchase understands the nature of the event and agrees to comport him/herself appropriately. Purchaser is 21 years of age or older. Purchaser acknowledges that alcohol will be served at this event and agrees not to consume such beverages to the point of intoxication. Purchaser understands that photographs or video may be taken at the Event, and authorizes North Georgia Solitaries, LLC d/b/a Atlanta Witch’s Ball to use any such photographs or images in any format of me in any reasonable manner. Purchaser will abide by all rules and regulations relating to the event, including any instructions from the organizers of the event. If Purchaser fails to comply with any such rules, regulations or instructions, Purchaser will be removed from the premises immediately. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON.
